At diandumao (“we” or “our”), we take your privacy seriously. We are committed to protecting all user data, including that of minors. 1. No Collection of Personal Information

• We do not require account registration and do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number.
• All intelligent recognition and processing takes place locally on your device. We never upload your photos or any personal data to our servers.
• Access to your camera, photo album, or microphone is never enabled by default and is only activated with your explicit permission.

2. Use of AI Services and Data Handling

To provide intelligent features such as task generation and natural language responses, diandumao integrates large language models from third-party providers including OpenAI and DeepSeek. To optimize performance and reduce API costs, requests are routed through Cloudflare AI Gateway, which may apply limited caching.

Please note:

• Inputs you provide (such as text or images) may be sent temporarily to third-party AI services to generate responses.
• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS to ensure security.
• We do not use your input for model training or for any commercial purpose.
• Cloudflare may temporarily cache response results, but does not store personal data or associate it with any identity.

3. No Storage, Tracking, or Sharing

• We do not store user input locally or on remote servers.
• We do not integrate third-party analytics platforms.
• We do not show or include third-party advertising.
• We do not share any user information with third parties, except as required to generate AI responses or comply with legal obligations.

4. Protecting Children’s Privacy

We comply with applicable child privacy laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe such data has been collected inadvertently, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will notify users within the app or through other reasonable means.
